Changes to our cancellation policy

Due to an increasing number of no-show appointments our clinic policy has changed. Our clinics are at times, waiting for patients to arrive and therefore, are having to defer clients who genuinely need the vet’s attention.

Therefore, our policy is that no show bookings that are not cancelled with the clinic three hours prior to the appointment will incur a fee of $50 for missed consultations and $100 for missed procedures.

This change of policy also applies to Best for Pet clients.

If you are required to cancel your appointment, please call the clinic on (02) 6685 6899.

We trust you will understand that this policy is in place to keep appointments open to the furry friends that really need to see us.
